Spa Renu provides facial aesthetics treatments, skincare consultations, an AI Skin Concierge tool, and related educational content. Treatments are performed by appointment only and are provided by Paola Prince, a licensed Full Specialist in the State of Florida.

Our AI Skin Concierge offers general skincare guidance based on your responses. It is informational only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for medical concerns.

Appointments are scheduled through our booking system and are subject to availability. We strive to accommodate requested times but cannot guarantee availability.

Please arrive on time for your appointment. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments when necessary and will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible. Repeated no-shows or late cancellations may affect your ability to book future appointments.

Our online shop is currently in development. When product sales launch, additional terms regarding pricing, payment, shipping, returns, and refunds will apply and will be posted here and at checkout.

Until then, any product information shown is for educational purposes and does not constitute an offer to sell.

Skincare results vary by individual and depend on many factors, including skin type, condition, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare. Before-and-after images are illustrative and do not guarantee similar results for every client.
